Once logged in to you will see tooltip icons throughout the application: [?] Hovering your mouse over the tooltip icon will display some helpful information.

Premium Training and Support

We offer live on and off-site training sessions to key administrators on using and rolling out Cost varies and is designed to be as affordable as possible.

eMail Support

Once your account is created and you have logged in you can access our Mail interface and use this to submit support requests via eMail. Our responses will be generated through this same system and you will receive an eMail copy of our response.

Bug Reporting

Bug Reporting is also accessible via the Mail interface within the application.
